Your little ones should smell just as good as your laundry....right?
Since having Aiden I have loved giving him baths, and do so every day. Partially because he loves them, but mostly because I do; a little excessive, maybe, but I love the smell of a clean baby.
There are enough things throughout the day that contribute to his stink (poopy diapers, grubby hands, food smeared on his hair and face) so I have to counter that with some delicious smelling bath products:
Johnson & Johnson Bedtime Lotion & Body Wash
We have used this since day one, day & night. Washed my little man's hair with the wash, as well.
I have yet to come across a baby whose skin is too sensitive for this product, and the creamy, chamomile and lavender scent is the best.
My sister and mom have since fallen in love with it, and we all have the adult version - Johnson's body care, Melt Away Stress body lotion - in travel size for our purses and/or bathrooms.
Same lotion, just a different name to appeal to adults. It smells equally as delicious on all!
L'Oreal Kids Soothie Smoothie Shampoo - Lavender
Goes perfectly with the Johnson's body wash and lotion, and will make your little ones hair smell like lavender for more than a day.
Suave Kid's 2-in-1 Shampoo - Surf's Up
Great scent for a guy or girl! My little guy has a mess of hair, so we eventually had to move up to a kid's shampoo and conditioner.
I have yet to figure out exactly what this smells like, but it isn't disgustingly fruity like other strawberry, watermelon. Sorry parents who use the latter, but you should really considering switching :)
Being a stay-at-home mom, most days of the week, gives me lots of chances to test different brands, products, etc. I'm also a bit of a shopaholic, and I would like to think I can give excellent recommendations on the "things i love" Things for mommy, working mommy, baby, toddler, husband, family, house....I love to buy it all and I will not stop until I find my very most favorite things. Enjoy!
